The Kokoru chapter, the sixth chapter to form in the Fraternal Order of Moai, is geographically organized around the Chesapeake Bay, including Virginia, Washington, D.C., Maryland, Delaware, and eastern Pennsylvania. "Kokoru" means "indentation of the coast" or "bay."
