I have intended to post pics of this bad boy for a long time (and if I have and just can't remember - apologies). My dad's 1961 Chrysler 300G convertible - he bought it new (his bachelor car). I break it out and give it a spin every once in a while...

Given the distance involved...I will probably drive down in something of a more current vintage. Though driving the 300 down would be an adventure, we generally limit it to in-town trips and neighborhood parades :wink: .

One of my all time favorite cars. I learned to drive in a '66 Chrysler New Yorker and there were so many interior styling cues they kept from the '61 year the photos of the interior of your car bring me back to my childhood. I'm calling shotgun!
