Aloha All,

I'm looking for suggestions in the realm of tiki and Polynesian-themed beer. There's the big one, Kona Brewing, and I like almost everything they have. Any other specific beers or entire brewery suggestions would be immensely appreciated! Mahalo in advance!

There's Maui Brewing Company but I haven't had any of their beers so I can't comment on taste/quality/etc.

Last year Kona had a Special Edition called Lemongrass Luau. It was SO good!

There's a great brewery local to me (Castle Island Brewing) that's got a couple new "tiki" beers they released. I'm interested, but have not yet tried them:

Kunu - A cream ale brewed with guava and mango puree
Hawaiian Train Wreck - Sour ale brewed with "heaps of pineapple"

Here are a few tiki-ish / tropical beers I have had.

Lost Lake Piranhanas #2 - a beer collaboration between Lost Lake and Marz Brewing. This one was good. They also did an "Exotica Ale" and I didn't care for that one as much.
Lupu-Luau IPA by Dogfish Head - Coconut IPA.
Liliko'i Kepolo by Avery Brewing - Belgian Wit brewed with Passion Fruit
Hibiscuwit by Red Brick Brewing Company - Wheat ale with hibiscus, orange peel, and cinnamon
Horny Goat Laka Laka by Horny Goat Brewing Co. - Pineapple hefeweizen. It was terrible!!!
The Perfect Matcha by Evil Twin Brewing - Berliner Style Weisse ale brewed with pineapple and Matcha Tea.

And Creature Comforts also did a Tiki Time IPA. Unfortunately, it was only 1 release and I think I missed out on it.

I had this Scorpion Bowl IPA (https://www.stonebrewing.com/beer/year- ... n-bowl-ipa) recently. It wasn't terrible. A bit reminiscent of a Scorpion Bowl, but more like an average, slightly juicy tasting IPA.

I get a hankering for a passion fruit beer from Avery every summer. I think it is this one, but it looks like they changed the branding.

Primo! Yeah, that’s right. I dipped my pineapple in the lilikoi butter.

I’m not sure if it’s still available or not, but Traveller had a Pineapple Shandy this summer that was an absolute delight.

I cheat, I make my own tiki beer. Past effort are Capt Cook coconut porter, New Zealand session IPA, Mob Barley Caribbean Stout, Honu Wit passionfruit witbier, Macadamia Nut Brown Ale, and Pineapple Pale Ale. This doesn’t really help you all that much, but a lot of them are based off commercial beers. I’ve lost count of how many coconut porters I’ve seen on shelves.

this one from Dogfish is really good, it's also 7% so a little on the higher side of things.

This tiki milkshake IPA was recently drunk by a friend of mine on Untapped. I'm intrigued. He gave it a decent rating.
