Busted out the juicer... Cucumber, apple, lemon, lettuce, lime and tequila... I think this glass and the handcrafted nature of the beverage totally qualify it as a tiki drink... Image

Although diet tiki is somewhat of an oxymoron, I sometimes crave something less sweet after a several day Tiki event....I usually switch to beer but maybe a lettuce cocktail would be just right.

Don't forget that the Hemingway Daiquiri is relatively low carb since it was created to help Papa with his diabetes.

Well "help" probably isn't the right word.
