Her book is excellent. If I have one gripe it is that a lot of her recipes call for different types of 'fat washing' of essentially whole bottles of rum for one ingredient in a drink.

Which is great if you're a bar, but kind of a bit much for home, unless you're going to be making 30 of the same drink in a short amount of time.

Other than that, it's a really lovely book.
