That was really well done, Mahalo! Breakout rooms, polls, bargoyle at the tiki, seeing everyone, it was not the chaos I expected. Certainly no replacement for the lake, but truly making Hani Loni's out of lemons.

Agree completely! A huge, heartfelt MAHALO to those who donated their time and efforts to make such a fantastic, free event. Mind blown and heart warmed. :fez:

I had a blast! Thanks to all who organized it. Now to recover from the hangover I woke up with...

Aloha All,
I'd like to echo the previous comments - particularly concerning the random breakout rooms; this gave me the opportunity to interact with FOMily members I( don't see regularly. The topic recommendations were also helpful in breaking the ice for this, such as myself, who ended up (in at least one instance) amongst previously unmet individuals. I hope to cross paths again with you down the road.
So, though it didn't slake my thirst for actual human contact, it was OK.
Also, the Covhana Daiquiri was excellent; it's been added to my list.

Regards,

Paul King

Wow, what a night! I haven't had that much fun in a long time. It was *almost* like we were there!

It was great. Thanks putter-togetherers.

From late at night, Kekona is awakened, and, bleary eye’d, rolls over to Maori Mountain Man and asks...

“Why is Patty yelling? Is she yelling at our neighbors?”
MMM: “No, honey, they are still on zoom”

Apologies to all for being a drunky screecher! But my FOM love is often loud.

Everyone at MoHana (Missouri Ohana) says “super well done!”

Cat shipping still sounds like something possinle. Apparently, you can do an airport to airport drop off-pick up.

The people who ship horses can also carry a feline buddy.

So, Ford Escape is telling me that there IS more than one way to ship a cat!

Big Mahalos to everyone who put in time and energy to make last night so much fun! The only sucky thing was waking up the this morning not being in the Tiki with everyone. But Covhana TV was excellent, the technical side worked pretty much flawlessly to unite all of us spread throughout much of North America, and of course, the company couldn't be beat! A big congrats to all, and to everyone who came through as far as the fundraising element is concerned. That's a mighty big mitzvah there.

We had a lot of fun and appreciate every one who made the magic happen. It was great way to share a bit of time with everyone in this interesting time we are living in.

Yes.
Bargoyle at the Tiki.

...just Bargoyle.

Nobody else.

....jeeez...how much COVID does a cameraman have to risk just to get some acknowledgment?

You are in the sidekick zone. Cargo shorts, and begging for pity aren't going to get you back in the spot light.

Have you considered just going with it? Resistance while you are on this course could land you in the henchman zone with one event slide to being an unaccredited extra.

The fundraising numbers have been huge, so you'll really have to knock it out of the park with your shtick to get back on top. Is it time for a Tiki-Vee Lockdown Art Swap? This is a big tramp art opportunity not seen since the Great Depression. Maybe grabbing the Ohana TV bull by the horn and showing us how you roll will do it. Artists have pulled a lot off with sock puppets and ingenuity. I know you have it in you!
