The Islands of the Fraternal Order of Moai

Hi all,

Playing around last week I made this, and I call it the Flaming Nog; A nice Holiday drink

Drink:
2 parts eggnog (I used St Nick's Kentucky Egg nog)
1 part fresh squeezed clementine orange juice
3 parts pineapple juice.
2 parts pussers rum

Garnish:
1/2 part 151 rum (for floating/fire)
Fresh Grated nutmeg
Grated Cinnamon

Cocktail:
In cocktail shaker with ice;
Combine juices and rum and shake till chilled
Add eggnog and shake till chilled

Strain over ice.

Take juiced clementine shell and open up and float skin side down in cocktail. Pour 151 rum into orange shell.
Light rum on fire and grate nutmeg over flame and sprinkle cinnamon for sparks .

Drink and be merry!

That sounds really good! I might have to try it for Thanksgiving,
