okay I haven't been around so much on the boards because I have been literally spending nearly every waking hour in my studio (yah!)
I just finished, like literally an hour ago, all new product for this Japanese show this weekend. (It is at the gardens where Loki works) I am pretty pleased and thought I would share even though it has nothing whatsoever to do with tiki.

That sounds like a good idea. The strips measure 7" x 1.5" and they look like 3 little segments of bamboo. They sell for $3.50 each: http://stores.tortugatileworks.com/-str ... Detail.bok . She also has the thinker single sections of bamboo that are 6" x 3" http://stores.tortugatileworks.com/-str ... Detail.bok . The website shows them in green, but she can do them in the brown also. They're also $3.50 each. Those can also be rounded more for a countertop edge like on our outdoor bar. Of course there are bulk discounts and ways to work out shipping, but those prices and dimensions give you a ballpark.
