I was in Las Vegas over Thanksgiving. If you have to choose between tiki bars, I prefer Golden Tiki over Frankie's. Frankie's is too smokey for me. The Golden Tiki has a lot to see!!
The Neon Museum was a treat. A bit pricey for what it is, but fun. They had a Tim Burton art exhibit at that time. I don't know how long that's going for.
The Rhumbar inside the Mirage has lots of rum and some tiki drinks. No mugs.
Near Old Vegas is the Downtown Cocktail Room (
http://www.downtowncocktailroom.com/) - go for Happy Hour. Amazing craft cocktails at great prices.
There's also the Double Down Saloon (
https://doubledownsaloon.com/) if you're into dive bars. They have something called "Ass Juice" which I haven't been brave enough to try.
I didn't get to make it to Starboard Tack (
https://www.starboardtacklv.com/) during my visit, but other FOM have recommended it. They have tiki drinks. It's off the strip...
And during my research of all things Las Vegas Tiki, I came across Tiki di Amore (
http://tikidiamore.com/). I didn't get to go, but apparently it's a tiki bar in the parking lot of an Italian restaurant. Could be fun.
