It's that time of year again. Danger are I are hosting the Red Pams Holiday bash.
We are gathering up supplies to fill up the rum barrels. Soon it will be time to get the party going.

Date: Dec 6, 2008
Time: Anytime Saturday. Actual party starts around 7:00pm, but you're all welcome to come out and make a full day of it if you like. Maybe we'll order pizza or something early in the afternoon for any of you who want to come out early.
Party goes until we all pass out. I think last year us older farts collapsed at around 4:30am not sure when the younger set called it a night.
Anyone who wants to join the slumber party at our house is welcome. Just bring a sleeping bag and we'll find a place for you all to crash. If you'd rather stay in a motel these three are the closest to us although a bit pricey:

This one is next door to Walter Payton’s round house

Of course there are others that are further on down the road, but still close enough to drive back and forth from our house..

PM me for address and any other info.if you'd like to stop in.

We're there! :D

Ice, snow, rain, sleet... whatever the hell Mother nature wants to throw at us... nothing's stopping us from your party!

We of course will be there early to help out in any way we can. Just want everyone to know that we do live a few blocks away from Mel and Rog and we have space at our house if anyone would like to crash over here also.

Yeah, after we wussed out last year, we found out you guys came down from Milwaukee in that little ice/snow storm we had.
We're not missing this year, that's for sure!

oh, I have a small favor to ask anyone attending the party...Could you please bring a Holiday greeting card for the troops? The cards will be sent out to the troops, hospitals and families of our men and women who are in the armed forces.
I'll try to have some cards on hand as well in case you forget. I'll be happy to send along anyone else’s cards that you would want to bring with you. Maybe the gang from the office would like to fill out a few cards.
Its such a little thing to do that means a whole lot to the men, women or their families. Thanks in advance!

For those of us not able to attend, will we be able to join in this web conference and raise a glass in absentia?

Phone was turned off in anticipation of telephonic jackassery. Thanks, as always, for thinking of me mid-stupor.

Thanks for thinking of me mid-stupor too.

Sorry I didn't manage to join in the teleconference via AIM. It's been years since I last used AIM, so I'm sure I would've had to download the new software and install it. I had one cocktail with dinner last night and fell asleep watching TV in my new papasan chair, so I missed it. Hope everyone had a good time.

Good times! Thanks East Coast for joining forces with us here via live video for the party.

We all took a little nap around 5:00AM ish got back up around 9:00am to see Dimes off, then out to bunch. Just said our good-byes to Rip Tide and Savage Patty.
I'm so glad I took Monday off from work!

& another new friend?

I hear the monkey is now holding C10's fez for ransom after C10 forgot it.
Maybe it was the Rum?
Or maybe the artificial leg, that I hear is now missing....? ;)
